Hello

IBPS & Bank Exam Photo–Signature Joiner — One Image, Right Size

Bank forms want up to four images — photo, signature, left-thumb impression, handwritten declaration — each inside its own KB window. Crop each to proportion, clean it like a scan, join what needs joining, and fit every limit. Nothing is uploaded.

Add document photos

Aadhaar, PAN, forms, photo, signature, receipts — lighting is cleaned automatically, and you crop only if you want to.

or drag & drop images anywhere in this box · JPG, PNG, WEBP · after adding, press ✂ Crop on any image to drag the corners yourself · nothing is uploaded — everything stays on this device

✂ Crop & straightenPress Crop on any image, drag the corner handles, and use the Tilt slider to straighten a slanted photo. Lock the box to ID card (85.6×54 mm), photo (3.5×4.5 cm), signature (3.5×1.5 cm) or square.
Auto cleanEvery photo's brightness & contrast are fixed automatically the moment it is added — nothing is cut off unless you crop it. Change the look with the mode chips on each image.
Document modeMakes the background white and the text dark — best for photocopies and print-outs, like a scanner app.
For print shopsJoin an ID's front & back on one page (vertical), download the JPG, and print — no Photoshop needed.

Bank exam image prep — IBPS PO, Clerk, RRB, SBI and more

Bank recruitment forms are the strictest image gauntlet in Indian exams. A modern IBPS-style application does not want one upload — it wants up to four: passport photo, signature, left-thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration, each inside its own file-size window, each rejected separately if it misses. This page handles all of them.

The usual size windows

Recent IBPS notifications have typically asked for: photo ~20–50 KB, signature ~10–20 KB, left-thumb impression ~20–50 KB, handwritten declaration ~50–100 KB. Some recruitments also fix pixel dimensions. These shift between cycles — the official notification for your recruitment is the only authority; verify before you upload.

Doing all four with this tool

  1. Photo: crop with the Photo 3.5×4.5 preset. Face centred, plain background, no cap or glare.
  2. Signature: sign in black or blue on white paper, crop with Sign 3.5×1.5, then switch to Document mode — white paper, dark ink, no grey shadow.
  3. Thumb impression: press the left thumb evenly on white paper. Crop it square-ish with the free crop and clean it with Document mode. A half-inked smudge is the most common rejection — re-ink and press again rather than fixing a bad print.
  4. Handwritten declaration: write the exact sentence from the notification, in your own handwriting, in English unless told otherwise. Photograph flat, straighten with the tilt slider, crop to the text block, whiten with Document mode.

If your form wants photo and signature combined into one image, tick both, choose Vertical and press Join images. Finally, run every file through the resize image in KB tool at its own target — 20, 50 or 100 KB — so each upload clears its limit at the best quality that limit allows.

Why not an app?

Because these four images together are effectively your identity, and they should not sit on someone's server. Here they never do — every step runs inside your browser, nothing is uploaded, and closing the tab erases it all. No watermark on your declaration, no sign-up between you and a deadline.

Bank exam image questions

How do I join my photo and signature for an IBPS or bank exam form?

Crop the photo with Photo 3.5×4.5 and the signature with Sign 3.5×1.5, tick both, choose Vertical, press Join images — then compress to the notification's KB limit with the resize tool.

What image sizes do IBPS forms usually ask for?

Typically: photo ~20–50 KB, signature ~10–20 KB, left-thumb impression ~20–50 KB, handwritten declaration ~50–100 KB. It varies by recruitment — always verify in the official notification.

How do I prepare the thumb impression and handwritten declaration images?

Blue/black ink on white paper, photographed flat in daylight. Crop away the extra paper, straighten with the tilt slider, switch to Document mode for pure-white paper, then compress each to its own KB range.

Is it safe to prepare bank exam documents in this tool?

Yes — nothing is uploaded. All four images stay on your device; the processing is entirely in your browser. Turn off the internet after loading and it still works.

Bank exam ke liye photo aur signature kaise join kare?

Photo ko 3.5×4.5 aur signature ko 3.5×1.5 preset se crop kijiye, dono par tick lagaakar Vertical join chuniye, phir resize tool se KB limit ke andar le aaiye. Photo kahin upload nahi hoti.

Who made this tool

I'm Ashraful. I built EasyJoinImage after watching people at cyber-cafés and CSC counters lose an afternoon trying to get an Aadhaar front and back onto one clean A4 page — usually with an app that watermarked the output or uploaded their ID to someone else's server. This tool does neither. Every image stays inside your browser.
