1. What the service is
EasyJoinImage is a free, browser-based utility that lets you clean, enhance, and join photos of documents (such as Aadhaar, PAN, forms, receipts, and signatures) into a single image on your own device. All processing happens locally in your browser; no images are uploaded to or stored on our servers.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the tool only for lawful purposes. In particular, you agree that you will not use it to:
- process, alter, or create documents belonging to another person without their consent or lawful authority;
- forge, tamper with, or fabricate identity documents, certificates, or records, or create misleading versions of them — which may constitute offences under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the Aadhaar Act, 2016, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable laws;
- violate any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of any third party.
You are solely responsible for the images you process and for how you use the output. Since we never receive or see your images, we have no ability to review or moderate them.
3. Free service, no account
The tool is currently provided free of charge, with no sign-up required. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
4. Intellectual property
The website's design, text, code, and branding are owned by EasyJoinImage and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the images you process — we claim no ownership over your documents or output files, and we never receive copies of them.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and tool are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:
- the output will meet the specific requirements (size, dimensions, quality) of any government portal, examination authority, or other third party;
- the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Always verify the official requirements of the form or authority you are submitting documents to.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyJoinImage and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the website — including any rejection of documents by a third party or any misuse of the tool by any person.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyJoinImage and its owner from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the tool or your violation of these Terms or of applicable law.
8. Privacy
Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains that your images are never uploaded and no personal data is collected through the tool.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Guwahati, Assam, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website.
